Clover Communications Management has joined The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s list of donors. The organization relies on the support of individuals, corporations and foundations to fund research initiatives, patient services and educational programs.
Since its first funding in 1954, fundraisers and donations have enabled the LLS to invest more than $600 million in research specifically targeting leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma. Monies raised help provide additional resources to accelerate cures, fund additional research, patient services, public and professional education and community services.
About The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society
The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS), founded in 1949, is the world’s largest voluntary health organization dedicated to funding blood cancer research, education and patient services. LLS’s mission is to cure leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease and myeloma, and to improve the quality of life of patients and their families. LLS created the Information Resource Center (IRC) to provide blood cancer patients, their families and health professionals accurate, current disease information and support. IRC information specialists are social workers, nurses and health educators. For more information about The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, visit: www.leukemia-lymphoma.org/hm_lls.
